I paid, but my subscription isn’t active on mobile. What should I do?

If you’ve completed a purchase but don’t see Premium access inside the Prepsly app, don’t worry — we’ll help you get it sorted out.


✅ Step 1: Try Restoring Your Purchase #

In most cases, your purchase just needs to be restored.

  1. Open the Prepsly app

  2. On the paywall screen, tap “Restore Purchase”

  3. Wait a few seconds — your access should unlock

Still not working? Move to Step 2.


🛠️ Step 2: Contact Support (we’ll activate it manually) #

If Restore Purchase didn’t work, our support team can activate your subscription.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Find your App Store / Play Store subscription receipt

    • Take a screenshot showing your purchase (email or store receipt)

  2. Open the Prepsly app

  3. Tap the “X” in the top-left corner to skip the paywall

  4. Go to Settings

  5. Tap Contact Support

  6. Describe your issue and attach your screenshot

Our team will verify and activate your access as soon as possible. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
