€2,000–4,000 / month
We're hiring an AI & Content Lead to lead the team behind our study materials. You'll turn exam topics into clear lessons, videos, visuals and practice that students actually learn from, using the best tools available to do it faster and better. Your pay grows with your results: when your work helps more students pass and brings in new ones, you earn a large bonus on top of your salary, and the people with the biggest impact also get equity, a share of Prepia.
What you’ll do
- Work with the content team on all study content in our apps, from first draft to what the student sees.
- Help the team build smarter ways of working, with AI where it helps, so we can make more great content without losing quality.
- Make sure every piece is accurate and simple enough for a student to follow.
- Keep testing new tools and methods, and bring in the ones that work.
What you bring
- You're AI-native: you use AI tools every day, for most of your work.
- You've built your own AI pipelines or agent harnesses, in code and you can show us one.
- You've produced content in several formats: text, images, video, animations and audio.
- You can explain hard topics simply and you care about getting the facts right.
- Experience in education or content-heavy products is a plus.
- You follow the data, not your favorite idea, and you're open about experiments that failed.
- You take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do next.
