We're hiring an App Growth Manager to join our growth team and help our apps grow. Your pay grows with your results: when our apps grow because of your work, you earn a large bonus on top of your salary, and the people with the biggest impact also get equity, a share of Prepia.
What you’ll do
- Work with the team on the funnel for all our apps, from the store page to the first purchase and renewals.
- Decide with the team what to test on paywalls, pricing, onboarding and landing pages, run the tests and read the results.
- Roll out what works and drop what doesn't.
- Work with design and engineering to get changes shipped quickly.
- Track conversion, ARPU, LTV, CAC and retention.
What you bring
- You have 3+ years in growth, user acquisition and monetization for subscription apps.
- You're fluent with AI and use it for a big part of your work. You've set up AI tools or agents that do whole tasks for you, not only answer questions.
- You've run paywall, in-app or pricing tests yourself and can walk us through the results.
- You understand sample sizes and significance, and you know when a test has really won.
- You follow the data, not your favorite idea, and you catch the details that change a result.
- You back the best idea, even when it isn't yours, and you're open about tests that failed.
- You take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do next.
