We're hiring a CFO to lead Prepia's finances as we grow after our funding round. You'll work directly with the founders and our investors, and as one of our key leaders you also get equity, a share of Prepia, so you own part of the value you help build.
What you’ll do
- Own the company's finances: revenue, costs, cash and reporting.
- Plan budgets and forecasts, and keep them up to date.
- Lead fundraising and the relationship with our investors.
- Make sure accounting, tax and legal matters are in order
What you bring
- You have 5+ years in finance, including at least 3 years leading finance at a startup or fast-growing company.
- You're fluent with AI and use it for a big part of your work. You've set up AI tools or agents that do whole tasks for you, not only answer questions.
- You've been through at least one funding round on the company side.
- You know subscription or digital businesses, ideally apps.
- You explain numbers in plain language to people outside finance.
- You're hands-on and comfortable building things yourself at our size.
- You're fluent in English and Serbian.
