How do I cancel or unsubscribe from Prepsly?

We’re sorry to see you go! Here’s how you can cancel your subscription, depending on where you signed up:

1. Cancel via Web (Prepsly.com) #

If you subscribed directly through our website:

1. Go to Prepsly.com and log in

2. Click on Settings

3. Select Manage Subscription

4. Enter your email address

5. Check your inbox for a verification link

6. Click the link sent to your email to access your subscription

7. Select your active subscription

8. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm

Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

2. Cancel via iOS (Apple App Store) #

If you subscribed through the iOS App Store:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad

2. Tap your name at the top (Apple ID profile)

3. Select Subscriptions

4. Find and tap on Prepsly

5. Tap Cancel Subscription

6. Confirm the cancellation

If you don’t see Prepsly in the list, make sure you’re signed in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.

3. Cancel via Android (Google Play Store) #

If you subscribed through the Play Store:

1. Open the Google Play Store app

2. Tap your profile icon in the top right

3. Select Payments & subscriptions

4. Tap Subscriptions

5. Find and tap on Prepsly

6. Tap Cancel subscription

7. Follow the prompts to confirm

After canceling, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
